That’s a great question.
On paper, I am an award-winning marketer and agency principal of Houston’s only Urban marketing agency. Adding to that is the role of Chief Inspiration Officer of The McKenzie Group.

That’s on paper.

Here’s what moves me…as I spent quite a few years in church ministry I noticed a true lack business acumen in the operations of the church…then, as I started hanging around with community organizations, I began to see non-profits with the same problem.

Now, if I can’t do anything else…I can inspire, encourage and MONETIZE!

Every church and every community organization plays an integral role in the lives of those that its serves…and so why shouldn’t I play an integral role in helping them continue to do that? Not only do I care about the dollars…but I have people sense and I know how important it is for these groups to carry out their missions.

And the startups? That’s just too much fun! Fresh vision just waiting to be crafted into a successful enterprise…I get excited just thinking about it.
